  • In the pivotal year of 2020, our creative minds at Come Get Good were captivated by an extraordinary figure - Kamala Harris. As the first Black woman and alumna of a Historically Black College or University (HBCU), Howard University, to be elected Vice President of the United States, her ascension was an historic feat. This moment resonated deeply with our team, particularly with our founder, a proud Howard University alum himself (Bison Pride!).

In the spirit of honoring this monumental achievement, we set out to design a capsule collection that would encapsulate the essence of this trailblazer. We adopted our signature Saul Good Airbrush style and developed 4 distinct colorways. The blue and red iterations, a general release, were a nod to the iconic school colors of Howard University, harkening back to Harris's academic roots. In tribute to her affiliation with the illustrious Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority, we designed pieces in shades of pink and green.

Our collection, comprising carefully curated tees and hoodies, was not merely a fashion statement. Each piece was designed as a wearable narrative, an embodiment of Harris's monumental journey. They represented the ethos of Come Get Good – a commitment to drawing inspiration from remarkable figures, honoring diversity, and emphasizing the power of representation. In essence, our collection was a celebration of an iconic journey, skillfully crafted into pieces of wearable art.
