Order info

Here is a quick overview of our ordering process:

  1. Fill out our Estimate Request Form and submit your artwork

  2. Approve your estimate and pay the deposit

  3. Production time (5-10 business days for most orders)

  4. Pick up your order or have it shipped

 

Artwork

In order to achieve a high quality print, we’ll need a high quality file of the design you would like printed.

  • Adobe Illustrator Files: Vector-based files created in Illustrator provide superior results in the printing process. The letters that usually follow these file types are .ai, .eps, or .pdf. When submitting an Illustrator file, please convert all fonts to outlines.

  • Adobe Photoshop Files: Photoshop files must be submitted sized to print, at a resolution of at least 300 dpi (dots per inch).

If your artwork isn’t in one of these formats, or you’re not sure what type of file you have, send us an email.

 

Blank Apparel

Quantity, colors, sizes, and brand preference are all important factors in pricing. We carry a wide variety of apparel brands so just let us know if you’re looking for something specific.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 7 to 12 business days for most orders. We do offer rush services at an additional cost when our schedule allows.
