Eastern Conference Finals Distressed Tee (MJ x SHAQ Reimagined, 1996) --- Limited Concept

Eastern Conference Finals Distressed Tee (MJ x SHAQ Reimagined, 1996) --- Limited Concept
This conceptual rework pays tribute to the 1996 Eastern Conference Finals — a historic matchup between the Chicago Bulls and Orlando Magic — through a new lens. Originally featuring Dennis Rodman and Horace Grant, this design replaces them with MJ and Shaq, two iconic players whose impact transcends basketball.
Reinterpreted by Saul Good Global, the artwork draws inspiration from the bold caricature tees of the era. The front graphic captures that unmistakable 90s energy, while the back layout nods to classic Pro Player formatting with full rosters, records, and a custom ’96 Playoffs emblem.
This release is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA. It is a respectful and speculative homage — created to honor cultural overlap, legacy, and the visual language of a legendary moment in basketball history.
Limited concept tee.

THIS GARMENT IS CUT, SEWN, DISTRESSED, AND FINISHED ENTIRELY BY HAND IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA. DUE TO THIS PROCESS, EVERY PIECE IS UNIQUE AND COMPLETELY ONE OF A KIND.
Made of 100% USA cotton, this textile is beefy, durable, and absorbent, and is virtually shrink free as a result of garment dyeing. The garment is washed with natural enzymes, resulting in a broken-in feel, just like a T-shirt that was washed or worn for a decade or two. Its special features include its heavy and sturdy feel and combined with a more generous fit (about 1 wider on the flat then a contemporary T-shirt) and higher neck line.
