Phase 1 — One‑Time Art & Design Fee (Due Now)

• $375 (discounted from $475–$500 for outside clients)

• One‑time fee covering all mockups and artwork required for this project (vest back art + tee print files as needed).

• Turnaround: 1 week from payment date.

• Artwork approval is required before production begins.

Phase 2A — Custom Leather Biker Vests (After Art Approval)

• Estimated price: ~$375 - $400 per vest (final price depends on design, # of Vests and number of placements/patches)

• Turnaround: ~6 weeks from deposit payment

• Payment terms: 75% deposit to start production; balance due on completion

• Payment method: All payments must be made collectively through one card

Additional sizing costs (large sizes):

• +$10 for 2XL

• +$15 for 3XL

• +$20 for 4XL

• +$25 for 5XL

Phase 2B — Printed Tees (Optional, After Art Approval)

• $45 per shirt using heavyweight premium blanks (same blanks used for my brand)

• $35 each for orders of 24+

• Turnaround: ~4 weeks

Process

1. Pay Art Fee ($375) → artwork delivered in 1 week.

2. Approve artwork → finalize vest placements/quantities/sizes.

3. Pay 75% vest deposit → production starts (6 weeks).

4. Settle balance → delivery/pickup.

• For each leather vest: Name, Line Number, Size (include any 2XL–5XL)

• Quantity + Sizes for vests and tees (if tees are included)
